My daughter and I had an exceptional experience at Residence Inn By Marriott New York Manhattan/Central Park. the front desk service was exceptional, especially Frank who went above and beyond to assist us during a distressing situation on our celebration trip. the room was spacious with spectacular views of Manhattan and had all the necessary amenities, including a well-equipped kitchenette. We were impressed by the good selection at the complimentary breakfast and the well-equipped gym. the hotel's central location made it easy for us to explore iconic attractions and dine at nearby restaurants like John's Pizzeria. the pet-friendly accommodation was a bonus for us, making our stay even more comfortable. The contemporary and artsy vibe of the hotel, along with the friendly staff, added to our overall satisfaction. the complimentary ice cream sundaes in the lobby and the stunning views from the floor-to-ceiling windows were delightful surprises. We will definitely choose this hotel again for our next trip to NYC!
